New Years is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead. Journaling paired with meditation and visualization, is a powerful way to process the past and create a clear vision for the future. Journaling is an amazing way to reconnect with yourself and uncover what truly matters as you take on the new year. Take your time with these prompts—there’s no rush. Make some tea, light a candle, set the mood and get cozy. Let the prompts guide you as you reflect on 2024 and imagine the life you want to create in 2025. Reflection Prompts:
What is something you want to remember about your life right now (good or bad)?
What moments from the past year are you most proud of and why?
What fears or doubts about yourself held you back this year? What would you accomplish if you set those things free?
What do you want to let go of going into the new year? What do you want to carry forward?
Intention-Setting Prompts:
What is one goal from each category below you want to accomplish in 2025, what is the first small step you can take towards each? Feel free to add your own categories as you see fit.

What do you want to see when you look in the mirror next December? What’s the version of yourself you want to be proud of in a year?
Write out the day-in-a-life of your future self who has achieved all your 2025 goals, your December 2025 self. What does your morning look like? How do you spend every hour of the day? How do you wrap up the day? Be very specific.
