Have you been meditating?

In Home Energetics sessions I tell people that the home is a reflection of our internal world. It’s important for us to tend to our personal energy internally, as well as tend to the energy of the space all around us. Meditation is one of the best ways to support your personal energy.

I’ve been noodling over a meditation in my mind for some time now. Fore some reason I’ve been holding myself back from recording it. But this week, I finally overcame my excuses, wrote it out, and recorded it for you.

It’s inspired by Louise Hays’ “You Can Heal Your Life” and my own personal morning practice. It’s less than 10 minutes and aims to set you up for an uplifted and positive outlook first thing in the morning. You really can have one of the best days of your life, everyday, and this meditation inspires you to do so.
