As a graduate of the world-renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), I am trained in evidence-based coaching methods and personalized strategies that empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes. We begin with a comprehensive 1-hour history and goal-setting session to dive deep into your unique needs and aspirations. Together, we'll craft a customized plan that aligns with your vision and empowers you to thrive.

Holistic Wellness Support

Working together, you'll gain the tools and strategies necessary to manage stress, build emotional resilience, and achieve a balanced, fulfilling life. Whether it’s finding work-life balance, cultivating healthy eating habits, embracing movement as medicine, or practicing mindfulness, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Each month, you’ll have three 45-minute virtual coaching sessions where we’ll work together to overcome obstacles, refine your goals, and celebrate your progress. My holistic wellness approach addresses all aspects of your life, helping you create change that is truly sustainable.

Support Beyond Sessions

Your journey doesn’t stop when our sessions end. I’m committed to being there for you every step of the way, providing continuous support and guidance. Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized follow-up communications, including detailed session overviews, actionable recommendations, and additional resources to keep you motivated and on track. Whether it’s answering questions, offering encouragement, or providing tailored advice and resources, I’m here to ensure you feel supported and empowered throughout your entire wellness journey.

  • First meeting - Kick-Off Session - 1 hour comprehensive health history and goal setting session.

  • 6 months of ongoing sessions - two 45 minute coaching sessions per month where we focus on your obstacles, needs, goals, and progress.

  • Personalized follow-up with accountability check-ins, meal and movement recommendations, personalized resources and advice.

  • Price: $1500 for 6 months of transformational and sustainable change.
