Personal Chi and Wellness Gua - Mini adjustment

Since we moved into our home over one year ago I’ve been working to improve our Home Energetics. I have SO many ideas and plans for each space, but what I’ve found to be the easiest is to intentionally upgrade over time room by room or gua by gua.

I've been focusing on adjusting the center gua of my home, the gua of personal chi (energy) and wellness. This gua is located in the very center of the home and both impacts and is impacted by all other guas. For this reason it is ideal to have balanced and uplifted energy here.

Personal Chi and Wellness Gua

The personal chi gua is associated with the earth element and the colors yellow, brown, pink (think soil/clay). We can adjust, uplift, and support this gua by adding in supportive features that correlate with this gua. Earth elements can be stones, ceramics, baskets, or heavy grounding items. Decorating with earthy colors like browns, beiges, yellow, pinks, and even oranges can also enhance the energy of this gua.

Unfortunately for me, the half bath is located in this area of the home. Bathrooms are known to have draining energy, since they are used for waste and have literal drains flushing energy away from the home, bathrooms can deplete the energy of the gua they are located in. It is not ideal to have depleted energy anywhere, let alone the personal chi gua, the gua that impacts all other guas, but in Feng Shui there is always an adjustment that can be made! If you follow me on instagram (@stilljacey), I have been sharing ways I’ve been adjusting this half bath’s draining energy and improving our personal chi gua.

Mini Adjustment

I chose two paintings from Artfully Walls (linked here and here) and placed them on the back of the bathroom wall (right behind the toilet) to help overcome the draining energy and uplift the energy of the center gua.

These two painting depict multiple uplifting energies, fruits, lemons, and flowers. Fruits symbolize the sweetness of life in Feng Shui, different fruits are associated with different sweet (positive) intentions. Lemons are commonly used in Feng Shui as energy neutralizers. Lemons are also yellow, which is the color of this gua, therefore activating and strengthening the personal energy center. The flowers are red tulips, red helps initiate that spark of life and tulips bring luck and endurance energy.

Placing these paintings intentionally brings the energies of their images to support my personal chi and wellness gua.

Does your center personal chi gua also have a bathroom draining the energy? Or is there something else that doesn’t feel quite right (are you feeling drained, stressed, overwhelmed, or ill)? Is there another gua (relationship, career, abundance, etc.) or room of your home (office, bedroom, living room, bathroom, etc.) that needs a refresh or an energy uplift? Let’s work together. I’d love to work with you!
